Responsibilities * Manage commercial and contractual matters throughout the project lifecycle, including EPC, consortium, subcontract and supplier agreements. * Support contract negotiations, procurement activities and contract administration, ensuring compliance and effective change management. * Identify, assess and manage commercial risks, claims and contractual disputes, developing strategies to protect the company's interests. * Coordinate contractual correspondence, project documentation, reporting, guarantees, insurance and payment-related activities. * Advise project teams and stakeholders on commercial and contractual matters, supporting successful project execution and close-out. Requirements * University degree in Engineering, Law or a related field, with knowledge of Italian contract law. * Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in contract and commercial management within EPC and turnkey industrial projects. * Strong knowledge of standard contract forms (e.g. FIDIC, IChemE), subcontracting and service agreements.



* Solid negotiation, claims management and commercial risk assessment skills, with the ability to draft contractual documentation in Italian and English. * Fluent in Italian and English, with a proactive, solution-oriented and independent working approach.
