Experteer Overview

In this role you will strengthen the Finance function by leading planning, reporting and performance analysis to support local and international stakeholders. You will work within a structured, multinational finance team to drive monthly closings, budgeting, forecasting and KPI monitoring, ensuring accuracy and timely insights. You will contribute to financial statements, management reports and data quality initiatives, helping senior leadership make informed decisions. This is an opportunity to shape FP&A; processes within a global context and own critical reporting cycles.

- Support monthly closing activities including accruals and provisions
- Prepare management reporting and financial analysis for senior leadership
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
- Monitor business performance through variance analysis and KPIs
- Support investment monitoring and cost control activities




- Assist with statutory audit processes and reconciliation between statutory and management reporting
- Support reporting improvements, data quality initiatives and BI projects
- Contribute to profitability and financial performance analysis
- Contribute to financial statement preparation and balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare reconciliations between statutory and management reporting

Responsabilità

- 5–8 years of experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A;, Financial Reporting or Audit
- Strong understanding of closing, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting processes
- Experience in multinational or structured organizations
- Audit experience is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Knowledge of Power BI or similar BI tools is a plus
- Fluent English
