Experteer Overview
You will join Allianz Italia's Risk Management team to oversee market and credit risk related to investments and ALM. In this role you will develop and calibrate risk models, support risk?based investment decisions, and contribute to regulatory reporting and stress testing. You'll collaborate across functions to improve processes and automate risk workflows. This is an opportunity to shape risk oversight in a large, mission?driven insurance group and work with cross?functional teams on impactful risk projects.Retribuzione / Benefits
Calculate and analyze Risk Capital results using internal and standard models
Oversee Investment and Asset?Liability Management (ALM) risk
Develop and calibrate models for Solvency II and internal steering
Model Risk Management
Support risk?based investment decisions and business steering
Design and execute regulatory stress tests
Collaborate across teams, business units, and actuarial functions




Contribute to internal and external risk reporting (e.G. ORSA)
Process improvement and automation
Responsabilità
Master's degree in quantitative finance, statistics, mathematics, physics, actuarial science, or related discipline
3–5 years of experience in insurance or related fields with focus on risk management, actuarial topics, or investments
Good understanding of Solvency II framework
Excellent knowledge of Office 365
Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL
VBA and/or other programming languages (e.G., C++) considered a plus
Fluency in Italian and English, written and spoken
