Senior Marketing Manager
, reporting directly to the
Marketing Director
.
In this role, you will lead a broad and strategic portfolio across our flagship seasonal categories, year-round bakery products of brand Bauli. You will define growth strategies, shape the innovation agenda and drive brand leadership, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding business results.
The position is based in
Castel d'Azzano (Verona), Italy

Italian National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Food Industry

The expected gross annual salary (RAL) for this position ranges from

The final salary within this range will be determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, in line with the requirements outlined above.

What You Will Do
As
Senior Marketing Manager
, you will:
Define growth strategies and drive category leadership across multiple business areas.
Shape the innovation agenda by identifying new business opportunities and accelerating portfolio growth.




Lead brand-building initiatives to strengthen consumer engagement and long-term brand equity.
Collaborate closely with Communication, Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D;, Operations and Finance to ensure excellent marketplace execution.
Manage, coach and develop a high-performing marketing team.
Contribute to key business decisions by balancing short-term performance with long-term value creation.

What We Are Looking For
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
Significant marketing experience within leading FMCG companies.
Proven track record in brand strategy, innovation and portfolio management.
Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
Demonstrated experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
Ability to combine strategic thinking with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
Fluent English.
