Experteer Overview As OPTIMAX Global Product Manager, you drive long-term profitable growth for the EN Plant Optimization portfolio within ABB's Energy Industries strategy. You shape the product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market for advanced process control and specialty applications, collaborating with R&D;, operations, marketing, and sales. You translate external market needs into compelling value propositions and technical requirements, while managing annual orders and margins. You work globally, influencing cross-functional teams to deliver profitable, market-driven product solutions. Retribuzione / Benefits * Define and execute the OPTIMAX product strategy for EN Plant Optimization, including Advanced Process Control and specialty applications within the Energy Industries Sustainability pillar * Build the product roadmap and prioritize new features with R&D; to meet targets and market needs * Interface with internal functions (product development, operations, financials, marketing, sales, service, business development) to align on requirements * Own go-to-market messaging, segment content, customer demos,



and thought leadership materials * Collaborate with Marketing to keep external/internal websites updated and aligned with offering content * Identify and drive development of new markets with business development; support cross-collaboration and know-how sharing; explore M&A; opportunities * Accountability for yearly portfolio orders, margin, and related financial targets Responsabilità * Master's degree in chemical, control or electrical engineering, or equivalent * 15+ years in product management with energy, process and emissions optimization experience; knowledge of software business models for energy segments * Strong understanding of modern product development and ICT technologies (Cloud, Edge, AI) * Experience in Energy Industries (Refineries, Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Power Generation) * Ability to translate service concepts and external requirements into clear value propositions and technical requirements * Excellent communication, influencing, coaching and leadership skills #J-*****-Ljbffr
