ph3Internal Account Manager – Service Contracts /h3pThe Internal Account Manager will be part of a team of professionals dedicated to selling services contracts and other maintenance packs, mainly on the phone. /ph3Our Opening and Your Responsibilities /h3ulliachieving sales targets by selling Mettler-Toledo services contracts and packs; /lilimanaging inbound leads (analyzing the clients’ needs, preparing quotations / participating in tenders, negotiating, closing the deals); /liliidentifying opportunities on the assigned client portfolio; /liliproactively generating opportunities for other business areas or teams; /liliworking with Sales Manager on complex deals; /lilibeing the main point of contact for clients in case of needs and/or complaints /li /ulh3What You Need to Succeed /h3ulliTechnical diploma (in electronics, mechanics, or similar fields) /liliAt least 3 years of B2B remote sales experience (preferably as Internal sales/Telesales) in technical environment/products/engineering /liliIntermediate/advanced level of English (spoken/written)



/liligood knowledge of MS Office; /liliproactive and goal‑oriented attitude; /liliexcellent negotiation skills. /liliSAP CRM knowledge is a plus /liliBased in Milano and neighborhood; possibility to work remotely /li /ulh3Benefits /h3pThe position offers a gross annual salary (RAL) ranging from €30,000 to €40,000, which will be determined based on the candidate’s skills and experience in the role.
