Ten years later, the team is still building momentum, guided by clear objectives and technical partnerships, and fresh from securing its second biggest points haul in a Formula 1 season. /p pWe’re a racing team – not a corporate machine. At TGR Haas F1 Team, you’ll gain exposure to many areas of the business, enjoy wider visibility, and clearly see your contributions. /p pYes, you’ll learn from us, but we expect to learn from you too! /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the HR Operations Manager (Italy) across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contractual documentation, and employee records, and provide back-up support for payroll and pensions activities (data updates and administrative inputs) as required. /li liAdminister employee benefits such as canteen vouchers, private health insurance, pension funds and language training programmes, and act as a point of contact for employee queries. /li liSupport accurate HR data management and ensure compliance with GDPR, HR policies, and health and safety requirements. /li liCoordinate onboarding and offboarding activities with payroll, IT, facilities, and line managers. /li liProvide administrative support for health and safety processes, training records, and compliance tracking. /li liSupport the Head of HR Legal (UK) and Talent Management when required. /li liDeliver flexible ad‑hoc administrative support to the wider HR team as required. /li liProcess HR invoices and requisitions. /li /ul ul liCarry out day‑to‑day tasks efficiently and within agreed timescales. /li liEnsure work meets expected service, quality, and compliance standards.

/li /ul h3Equipment and Applications /h3 ul liHRIS Platform – Manage recruitment and employee relations. /li liWorking knowledge of Zucchetti programme is a plus. /li liDemonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, to support reporting, documentation, and internal communications. /li /ul h3Physical Demands and Working Conditions /h3 ul liExtended Hours Flexibility: Many roles require working evenings, weekends, and public holidays, particularly during race season or critical development phases. /li liTravel Requirements: Roles supporting race operations, logistics, or communications may involve frequent international travel, including long-haul flights and time zone shifts. /li liPhysical Activity: Trackside roles may involve standing for long periods, walking across paddocks, and working in noisy, crowded environments. Factory roles may require manual handling of components, use of machinery, or working in temperature-controlled areas. Office-based roles typically involve prolonged computer use. /li liSensory Demands: Exposure to high noise levels, bright lighting, and fast-moving environments.
