In this role you will lead the Legal & Compliance function for EMEA and LATAM, guiding strategic advisory, risk management, and regulatory affairs. You will partner with regional leadership to enable compliant growth and uphold corporate integrity across fast-moving markets. The position blends hands‑on leadership with shaping regional programs, policies, and external engagements. This is an opportunity to influence governance at scale within a global diagnostics leader.

- Lead and develop regional Legal & Compliance teams across EMEA & LATAM
- Provide strategic legal counsel to senior leadership on commercial, regulatory, employment, and corporate matters
- Draft and negotiate complex agreements including commercial, development, supply, and distribution agreements
- Oversee regional compliance programs aligning with local laws and global standards
- Manage relationships with external counsel and vendors to ensure cost‑effective services




- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enable compliant business initiatives and product launches
- Design and deliver localized training on legal and compliance topics
- Monitor regulatory developments and conduct risk analyses to embed mitigation in processes

Responsabilità

- Law degree and qualification to practice in at least one EMEA or LATAM jurisdiction
- Minimum 20+ years post‑qualification experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role
- Experience in medical devices, diagnostics, or highly regulated industries
- Proven leadership of diverse teams across multiple jurisdictions
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- English fluent; Spanish/Portuguese/French strongly preferred
- Ability to operate in a matrixed global environment and influence executives
