{What you’ll do}

Develop and maintain coherent visual identities across projects and brands

Lead storytelling and storyboard development for campaigns and content

Provide creative direction on photo shoots and digital productions

Build mood boards, creative briefs and style guides

Bring an aesthetic sensibility aligned with luxury codes: composition, light, colour, styling

Integrate generative AI tools into the creative workflow, from concept to final output

Collaborate with creative, marketing and client teams to deliver on tight briefs without compromising quality

{Who you are}

Proven experience in art direction, ideally in luxury, fashion or beauty

Strong aesthetic sensibility and mastery of composition, light,



colour and styling

Proficiency with leading image generation tools

Advanced prompting skills to produce output consistent with brand identity and creative direction

Professional retouching skills in Photoshop (skin, materials, pack shots)

Familiarity with AI video/motion tools (Seedance, Kling, Veo3, Omni)

Comfortable working under tight briefs, with high standards for quality

Proactive attitude towards staying current with AI tools and trends

Strong communication skills across creative, marketing and client teams

{Nice to have}

Technical photography knowledge (exposure, lighting, lenses)

Color grading experience with Lightroom or Capture One

Understanding of photographic production processes (set, casting, prop styling)

Experience using AI retouch/post-production tools (Magnific, Topaz, Adobe Generative Fill)
