Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Milan for a Food & Beverage Service Supervisor. The supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring adherence to service standards, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include managing and training staff, monitoring service quality, troubleshooting, and ensuring operational efficiency.



The role requires maintaining a high level of communication with the team and contributing to a collaborative and guest-focused atmosphere.
Qualifications
Strong Supervisory Skills, including team management and staff training
Thorough understanding of Service Standards and ability to ensure their implementation
Proficiency in Food Service operations and maintaining exceptional quality
Excellent Customer Service abilities to ensure guest satisfaction
Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for staff and guest interaction
Experience in a hospitality environment is preferred
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Italian is highly beneficial
Degree or certification in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
Sommelier Certificate is a plus
