Key Responsibilities * P&L; management: Planning and forecasting of Net Sales, Advertising & Promotions and Overheads lines * Partnering with the Marketing team in business decisions to match the proper brand contribution * Partnering with the Comex team to better shape reports, analysis and areas of improvement * Partnering with Supply Chain to match financial targets in P&L; * Supporting the Finance Hub team in Month End Closure activities Qualifications and Skills * Master Degree in Economics, Engineering or similar. * Previous relevant experience (+2 years) in a Finance Business Partner, Sales/Business Analytics, Strategy or Business Development role, preferably in a large FMCG organization. * High level of commercial acumen and very high level of analytical skills,



with a Finance background preferred. * Fluency in spoken and written English. * Proficient in the office package (with special focus on Excel and PowerPoint). * Market data analysis and business understanding. Salary range: EUR 40,****** - EUR 55,****** (indicative). Final offer may vary depending on factors such as experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
