Technical Product Engineer, Medical Affairs In this role you will shape and deliver next-generation Medical Affairs technology across EMEA, aligning business, product, and tech to accelerate insights and evidence access. You will design intelligent, scalable digital solutions and contribute hands-on to implementation, integration, and continuous improvement. Working with cross-functional teams, you'll translate needs into production-ready capabilities and help drive AI-enabled workflows in a regulated healthcare context. This is a hybrid, impact-focused opportunity at a global leader in healthcare innovation. * annual premio with target % of pay * parential leave of 12 weeks * caregiver leave * Design, build, configure, and deploy Medical Affairs technology workflows * Develop and implement agentic AI capabilities, orchestration and automation * Create integrations, APIs, data flows, and reusable platform components * Translate business requirements into user stories, specs, and working software * Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, Data Science, Security, and Compliance teams * Contribute to LLM integrations, knowledge repositories, prompt strategies, and AI-enabled workflows * Design evaluation frameworks, guardrails,
