In this role you will craft and manage engaging content and campaigns to elevate awareness and drive engagement across Europe. You will work within the Central Marketing Operations Team to support global content initiatives for a leading legal software and information services provider. You'll collaborate with international teams to deliver compelling storytelling, digital strategy, and visual content while maintaining brand consistency. This is a hands?on, fast?paced opportunity to shape marketing materials and assets that resonate with prospects and customers. Create content for global campaigns in collaboration with Product Marketing
Develop and distribute marketing collateral
Produce visually compelling graphics and written content
Research messaging to optimize campaigns
Coordinate multimedia packages (brochures, videos)
Manage inventory and distribution of marketing materials
Document marketing projects thoroughly
Ensure brand consistency across internal teams
Oversee localization workflows for content/assets




Update and refine materials with Product Marketing
Enhance assets to align with market needs
Plan and schedule social media posts;
align cross?channel strategy
Support performance tracking and analysis of initiatives
Responsabilità
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
3+ years of copywriting and content production experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or legal tech
Strong visual sensibility and interest in art direction and multimedia production
Quick learner with openness to new tools and platforms
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
Solid understanding of digital marketing and content development
Highly organized, detail?oriented, and able to meet deadlines
Fluent in English;
additional languages are a premio
Proficient in MS Office;
knowledge of Google Analytics, InDesign, or video editing tools, Canvas, Figma, Miró is a plus
