We design and innovate turbomachinery product solutions for our global customers and adopt cutting‑edge technology and continuous innovation mindset to deal with new challenges such as b#Hydrogen, #Decarbonization, #CCS, #Energy Production /b. /p h3Collaborate with the best /h3 pThe bManufacturing Engineering Specialist - Testing Project Engineer /b is the String Test focal contact from partner functions such as project management, project engineering, operations, and Customer. /p pYou will be responsible to develop the program and methodologies of String Test procedures, from technical standpoint, adhering to material requisition and BH quality standard. /p pYou will act as Test Director, providing technical coordination, during test execution. Establishing the exact test sequence, both during internal and official one, as well as assist in the analysis and resolution of any non‑conformity connected to String Test execution. /p pYou will also be responsible to drive #Decarbonization initiatives following programs with partner University and to promote #Digitalization of test methodology and procedures. /p h3As Manufacturing Engineering Specialist - Testing Project Engineer you will be responsible of: /h3 ul liDrive the string test design timeline to assess Customer requirements are met and criticalities solved prior to test procedure finalization /li liSupervise on time delivery of engineering job documentation predecessor to test design. /li liReview Contractual test requirement and provide feedback to test engineering team.
/li liDraft the official test reports and documentation / certificates related to test running /li liVerify that project budget is aligned to test procedure requirements and be responsible to mitigate extra‑costs discussing different solution with Customer and project management team /li liManage relationships and meetings with Customer. /li liProvide technical direction and support on fulfilment “CTQ critical to quality” during design and test execution. /li liProvide Mechanical System technical assistance on test bench during plant erection. /li liAssure that testing Lesson Learned are captured through dedicated system. /li liSite Performance test, technical assistance, on demand. /li /ul h3Fuel your passion /h3 pTo be successful in this role, you will /p ul liHave a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college on STEM Disciplines /li li1-3 years of experience in Manufacturing Operations Management is preferred /li liBe able to manage multiple tasks and establish effective work priorities /li liShow pro‑activity and accuracy in data processing /li liDisplay good communication skills and fluency with the English language /li liShow Six Sigma training or equivalent Quality Training Knowledge of value stream mapping, AWO, Kaizen, 5s and other lean tools is preferred. /li /ul h3Work in a way that works for you /h3 pWe recognise that everyone is different and the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best varies.
