If you're driven by excellence, enjoy managing multiple stakeholders, and want to help shape the future of clean energy, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Be DoingAs our Project Manager, you'll take full ownership of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Your responsibilities will include:Leading the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Solar PV projects.Managing project schedules, budgets, quality, risks, resources, and contractor performance.Ensuring contractual obligations and project milestones are achieved.Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional delivery standards.Supporting the Business Development team by assessing project feasibility and participating in site visits where required.Monitoring the project pipeline and coordinating project kick-off activities.Managing project cash flow and payment applications.Supporting EPC contract negotiations and project acquisitions.Ensuring compliance with company QEHS standards, local regulations, and industry best practices.Coordinating project acceptance, commissioning, warranty management, and handover.Providing regular project reporting to local management and global headquarters.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and strong leadership skills.Essential requirements: Fluent in English.

5+ years' experience as a Project Manager.

Minimum 3 years' experience delivering Solar PV projects.

Strong knowledge of the Italian EPC market.

Familiarity with international standards and project management best practices.

Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proactive, adaptable, organised, and solutions-focused.
