We are looking for a bTechnical Service Specialist /b to join our Technical Service team and support our customers with high-quality, reliable technical service. /p h3Primary Objective /h3 pThe Technical Service Specialist is responsible for performing planned maintenance activities, hardware and software upgrades (TSBs), providing backup first-line (Level 1) service, and supporting instrument installations and deinstallations. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide first-line technical service to Abbott Ambassadors (service interventions requiring less than 4 hours of labor) /li liSchedule and perform planned maintenance (PM) activities /li liExecute hardware and software upgrades (Technical Service Bulletins – TSBs) /li liSupport instrument installations and deinstallations /li liContribute to achieving customer satisfaction (NPS),
service KPIs, and the district’s economic growth and profitability /li /ul h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required /li liBachelor’s / Engineering degree in medical, electrical, mechanical engineering or medical technology preferred /li liExcellent communication and problem-solving skills /li liStrong experience using analytical tools and technical software /li /ul h3Impact of the Role /h3 pThis position plays a key role in ensuring instrument reliability, service quality, and customer satisfaction through effective maintenance, upgrades, and technical support activities. /p pAbbott is an equal opportunity employer.
