ph3Sr Specialist, Workforce Analytics Data Science /h3 h3Purpose of the Job /h3 pThis role is a data-driven HR analytics position that applies advanced analytics, statistical methods, and data science techniques to transform workforce and business data into actionable insights that support informed decision-making. /p pIt is responsible for developing, maintaining and enhancing data models, reporting processes, and data flows while ensuring high standards of data quality, governance, and integration across HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll systems. /p pThe role contributes to automation, predictive analytics, and workforce intelligence capabilities and partners with cross-functional stakeholders to support workforce planning, forecasting, and organizational performance through data-driven insights. /p h3Your role /h3 ul liDevelop and optimize KPIs, dashboards, and automated reporting solutions, performing root-cause analysis and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability. /li liApply advanced analytics and workforce intelligence techniques to generate insights and support data driven decision‑making aligned with business priorities. /li liAnalyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, delivering meaningful reporting and insights that support workforce planning and organizational performance. /li liContribute to HR transformation initiatives and collaborate with Finance and other stakeholders to support budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and workforce investment decisions. /li liMaintain and enhance HR data models, reporting structures, and end-to-end data flows, partnering with HRIS, IT, Finance,
and Payroll to support data integration, accessibility, and reporting reliability. /li liSupport data governance, quality, reconciliation, and compliance processes to ensure accurate, consistent, secure, and reliable workforce data across systems and reports. /li /ul h3Who you are /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree or equivalent (Master a plus) in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, MBA, or related field. /li liAt least 4 years of progressive experience in People Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, People Analytics, or Data Management. /li liExperience in designing and managing enterprise data architecture and in implementing data governance, data quality frameworks, audit controls, and regulatory compliance requirements. /li liTrack record of delivering predictive analytics, forecasting models, automation initiatives, and dashboards that drive business outcomes. /li liExperience partnering with HR, Finance, IT, and business functions to influence strategic decisions and transformation programs. /li liExperience in workforce analytics, HR analytics, and in supporting budgeting, forecasting, workforce cost analysis is a plus. /li /ul pThe compensation range indicated in this job posting represents an estimated average range for the position.
