ph3Planning Engineer - Graduate /h3 pWood is recruiting for a Planning Engineer - Graduate, to join its Projects Team, focusing on engineering, procurement and construction of complex plants in the Chemical, Petrochemical and Energy industries. The position will be based in Corsico (Milan) office, with the possibility to work from home up to two days per week. /p h3The Role /h3 pBeing part of the Project Control Department, the Planning Engineer will provide a complete planning service to the project management team, that has proven expertise in managing large, complex projects with a global reach. shaping the standards of our profession /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelopment of detailed schedules in conjunction with the project team /li liDevelopment of progress measurement systems and reporting of progress and productivity /li liCo‑ordination of schedule interfaces between clients' and epc contractors' activities /li liProvide regular forecasting of project schedule including key milestones /li liLead regular schedule review meetings with the project team, clients and subcontractors /li liProduction of weekly and monthly progress reports to the project management team /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster / Bachelor Degree in Engineering /li liA pro‑active approach to solving problems and getting the job done /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills /li liSelf‑motivated, energetic and tenacious /li liAvailability to assignments /li liGood in Italian and English /li /ul h3Contract Classification /h3 ul liContract type: Permanent /li liCollective Agreement (CCNL): Industria Metalmeccanica (CNEL C011) /li liJob Classification level: Impiegato, consistent with role requirements and applicable CCNL /li /ul h3Compensation /h3 ul liGross Annual Salary: the initial gross annual salary will be € 32,604.60, paid in 14 instalments /li liThe compensation package will include applicable CCNL elements and company benefits /li liVariable pay and additional benefits will be detailed during the selection process /li /ul h3Equal Opportunities /h3 ul liThis job opportunity is open to all individuals, in compliance with the principle of equal opportunities and non‑discrimination, in accordance with applicable regulations /li /ul h3Transparency Offer Determination /h3 pAt the end of the selection process,
