Responsibilities * Support budgeting, forecasting, and long?term financial planning activities. * Collaborate with Accounting and Controlling teams during monthly closing to ensure data accuracy and consistency. * Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and performance analysis for local and global stakeholders. * Contribute to inventory and margin analysis, identifying risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
* Analyze financial data and business performance trends to support decision?making processes. * Develop and maintain standardized reporting tools and dashboards. * Work closely with cross?functional teams to improve reporting processes and financial visibility across the organization. Qualifications * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. * 1–3 years of experience in FP&A;, Controlling, Audit, or Corporate Finance. * Strong analytical and quantitative skills. * Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with BI tools is a plus. * Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles. * Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Intermediate proficiency in English and fluency in Italian.
