You will monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and configure software and hardware to ensure smooth service installation and handover. prepare graphics and programming work per specifications * Work across hardware/software and virtual/physical environments on-site during service job acceptance * Collaborate with local and international teams for effective troubleshooting and problem solving * Identify potential evolutionary initiatives considering applicability and cost * Understand HVAC and SECURITY field processes to manage analytical aspects of the role Responsabilità * Technical diploma or professional qualification in engineering or related technical field (HVAC, Security, Controls, IoT) * Hands?on experience servicing HVAC systems (plus Fire, Security, Access, or Alarm systems) * Strong understanding of HVAC processes, building?automation controls, and standard protocols * Knowledge of ICT, networking, IoT, and cybersecurity fundamentals * Ability to read electrical diagrams and understand switching * Strong fault?finding skills, communication abilities, and customer?facing professionalism * Fluent English and ability to work in dynamic, evolving technical environments #J-*****-Ljbffr
