My team is cooperating with a well established International Private Equity fund which is looking for Investment Associate / Senior Associate / Manager level professionals to join their team in Milan. Responsibilities * Deal Sourcing: Identify and source potential investment opportunities in various sectors in Europe. * Due Diligence: Conduct thorough financial and operational due diligence on potential investment targets, including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment. * Financial Modeling: Create and maintain complex financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF), leveraged buyout (LBO), and other valuation models. * Deal Execution: Assist in all aspects of the deal execution process, including deal structuring, negotiation, and legal documentation. * Portfolio Management: Monitor and actively manage portfolio companies, working closely with management teams to implement value creation strategies. Qualifications * MSc degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). * Previous experience in private equity or investment banking. * Strong financial modeling and valuation skills. * Excellent analytical and quantitative abilities. #J-*****-Ljbffr
