As Senior Legal Counsel - Europe, you will act as the legal reference point for the Group's European operations, partnering closely with US leadership to support business growth, commercial negotiations, and risk management across multiple jurisdictions. Reporting directly to the CFO based in the United States and working closely with the Senior Legal Counsel team in the US, you will serve as the legal point of reference for the Group's five European entities. Key activities include: * Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS contracts, software licensing agreements, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), NDAs, professional services agreements, and enterprise contracts. * Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, Product, and Leadership teams to facilitate business growth while effectively mitigating legal risks. * Provide timely and pragmatic legal guidance on contract negotiations, deal structures, customer requests, and commercial risk assessment. * Advise on corporate, commercial, regulatory, privacy, and compliance matters across multiple European jurisdictions. * Support international business operations by ensuring compliance with applicable contractual, commercial data protection, and regulatory requirements. * Evaluate legal exposure regarding liability limitations, indemnification clauses, intellectual property rights, and data privacy obligations. * Develop and maintain contract templates, negotiation playbooks, and legal practices to improve efficiency and consistency. * Conduct legal research and provide recommendations on evolving legislation impacting software and technology businesses. * Support broader corporate initiatives, including vendor management, employment-related matters, strategic projects, and potential M&A; activities.
* Manage legal documentation, contract repositories, and internal legal processes to ensure proper governance and record retention. * Act as a trusted business partner capable of balancing legal rigor with practical commercial solutions. Requisiti: We are looking for a legal professional who combines strong technical expertise with a business-oriented mindset and the ability to operate independently in an international environment. * Qualified Lawyer with approximately 6-10+ years of professional experience. * Significant experience gained within international companies and/or leading law firms supporting technology, software, SaaS, or digital businesses. * Proven experience negotiating complex commercial contracts in international environments. * Strong knowledge of corporate law, commercial law, contract law, and compliance matters. * Familiarity with cross-border legal frameworks and multi-jurisdictional operations. * Exposure to software licensing, SaaS agreements, data protection, and technology-related legal matters. * Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. * Fluent English is mandatory (written and spoken). * Additional European languages will be considered a plus. * Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision. * Strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and problem-solving capabilities. * Commercial mindset with the ability to translate legal complexity into practical business solutions. * Proactive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to contribute in a fast-growing international environment.
