We are currently looking for a Customer Technical Support Specialist - Intern. The role provides an opportunity to learn how to conduct effective remote support on applicative, hardware, and IT-related issues. This is a temporary on?site position that requires regular physical presence in the office. Key Responsibilities * Provide remote technical support spanning through applicative, hardware and IT-related issues on diagnostic instrumentation. * Ensure compliance with managed customer interactions, recording required data as per Company policies. * Escalate complex issues following the dispatch process as needed. Key Requirements * Graduating Biomedical Engineering, Biology/Biotechnology is preferable. * Proficient English is mandatory. * Good communication and interpersonal skills both in English and Italian. * Passion for learning and working in an environment that elevates customer experience.
