The role will involve structural characterization of protein complexes involved in spindle placement, identification of new components, and integration of X‑ray crystallography, biochemistry, and cell biology approaches. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliInvestigate the molecular mechanisms underlying mitotic spindle coupling to cortical polarity. /liliPerform protein expression, purification, crystallization, and structure determination using X‑ray crystallography. /liliUse cell biology assays to study the coordination between force‑generating complexes and polarity proteins Par3/Par6/aPKC. /liliCollaborate with multidisciplinary team members and contribute to joint projects. /liliPrepare and present scientific results, including manuscripts and conference presentations. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliPhD in protein structure,
