/pulli2-5 years of experience in a combined Level 1 and Level 2 IT support role. /liliDemonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) and Windows operating systems. /liliHands-on experience with ITSM platforms such as Jira, Zendesk, or ServiceNow. /liliFluency in Italian and English (C1) is required, or Chinese (not mandatory). /liliExperience with Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager, Microsoft Defender suite, or Fortinet environments is an advantage. /liliA sound understanding of networking fundamentals including VPN, firewall, and VoIP technologies would be beneficial. /liliITIL Foundation certification is considered an advantage. /li /ulbr/h3Why us? /h3pJoin a dynamic IT team at the heart of our operations in Italy, ensuring the smooth functioning of our technological landscape.
