POSITION SUMMARY
The candidate will be placed in the Front Office department and will learn to perform the following tasks:
Welcome and assist guests
Support room assignments and check-in/check-out
Manage reservations
Provide information and assistance to customers
Handle phone calls
Support in managing guest requests and complaints
Complete basic administrative tasks and records
Communicate with other departments to meet guest needs
Requirements
Good communication skills
Customer-oriented attitude
Basic knowledge of English (other languages are a plus)
Ability to work in a team
