About the Role
Be responsible as finance business partner for monitoring R&D; project in coordination with Project Manager to explain, on a regular basis, cost and margin deviations. Assure the right level of support in Monthly Project Review;
Work in coordination with Engineering, Project Manager and Strategic Planning departments to support planning, budgeting and forecasting process of R&D; projects. Be able to build a close relationship with Engineering department, to assure the right level of support;
Manage in coordination with Marketing return of investement process, and assure R&D; policy compliance;




Be responsible for monitoring all R&D; costs at divisional level, closely working with foreign companies;
Support monthlyactual closing for emerging business;
Mange and develop reporting system ensuring accurate and timely information on R&D; project costs, reason of variances, profitability of R&D; investments, percentage of completion on emerging business projects;
Occasionally support tax credit activities with appropriate reporting.
What You Need to Be Successful
Bachelor's degree in business administration or management engineering;
5+ year experience in controlling department;
Experience withmultinational manufacturing companies;
Ability to workindependently and as part of a team;
Well-organized and able to meet tight deadlines;
SAP knowledge is preferential.
Our Offer
Compensation for this role includes a base salary starting from EUR ******, in line with experience.
The actual offer may exceed this minimum based on the candidate's qualifications and fit for the role.
The compensation package also includes a variable component in the form of an annual premio, which can reach 8% of base salary at target.
A range of additional benefits (e.G., insurances, etc.) is also available in accordance with Company policy. The applicable collective agreement is the CCNL Metalmeccanico.
