More about the RoleProviding IT technical support in accordance with company standards and procedures; dealing with: computers, printers, network infrastructures, telephone exchanges, mobile and landline telephones, videoconferencing systems, etc.Providing IT operational support, in shifts with colleagues, ensuring overall coverage of serviceTaking care of the IT inventory, constantly updating itUsing the pool of IT materials provided in the most efficient way,
