Why we are recruiting
In response to the steady growth of our Foundation and the acquisition of new high-impact international projects, we are expanding our team. We are looking for motivated professionals ready to contribute their expertise to initiatives that protect communities, advance security innovation, and strengthen Europe's resilience.
Your Role
Support the design, integration and validation of software architectures and solutions.
Contribute to the definition, analysis and refinement of technical and operational requirements in collaboration with other organisations.
Support system engineering activities, including interoperability assessments, data exchange models, interface specifications and system integration.
Participate in technical workshops, demonstrations, testing and validation activities involving military and civilian CBRN capabilities.
Contribute to technical deliverables, reports, requirements documentation and engineering studies.
Support proposal preparation and the development of technical concepts for future research and innovation projects.
Candidate profile
At least one year experience in systems engineering, systems integration, software engineering, defence technologies or related technical fields.
Degree in systems engineering, computer science, software engineering, telecommunications.
Familiarity with system engineering methodologies, requirements engineering, systems integration and interoperability standards.
Interest in defence, CBRN protection, military capabilities and emerging technologies.
Ability to analyse technical documentation and interact with multidisciplinary and international teams.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Experience with EU-funded projects, defence programmes, modelling and simulation, GIS, data exchange architecture, C2 systems or CBRN systems is considered an advantage.
