Il contratto è un stage a tempo pieno di 6 mesi , con una retribuzione di almeno 900€ mensili , presso la sede di Crespellano (Bologna).

Roles Design and plan experiments (DOE) to evaluate testing methods and quality control parameters; Conduct laboratory tests and trials following established protocols and safety guidelines; Collect, organize, and manage test data from various sources ensuring data integrity and traceability; Analyze test results using statistical tools and methods to extract meaningful insights; Generate comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing findings, conclusions, and recommendations; Present results and takeaways to cross-functional teams and stakeholders; Collaborate with scientists, lab analysts, and manufacturing teams to integrate new testing technologies into existing workflows; Support the continuous improvement of testing methodologies and quality control processes; Document test procedures, results, and lessons learned in accordance with internal quality standards.
Who we're looking for Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Automation, Mechatronics) or related STEM fields; Familiarity with Design of Experiments (DOE)
and statistical analysis methods; Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, Excel, Minitab, or equivalent); Experience or strong interest in laboratory testing and quality control processes; Proficiency in Office Suite; Proficiency in English; fluency in Italian is a plus; Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and engage with internal stakeholders; High analytical skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities; Hands-on attitude and willingness to work in a laboratory environment; Critical thinking and out-of-the-box thinking.
Knowledge and previous experience with rapid prototyping tools and techniques (e.g., 3D printing) is highly desirable.
