Your Role and Responsibilities ABB is seeking an experienced SAP Functional Analyst with a strong background in Sales and Distribution module to support projects and implementations in the countries part of the "Italian cluster" (mainly Italy and France, but also Croatia and Serbia).




You will bridges the gap between the technical environment and the business by gathering requirements and using data analytics to assess processes and outline problems, opportunities, and solutions, to support decisions for new or changed IS solutions/services.
Work model: #LI-Hybrid In this role, you'll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for: Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from local stakeholders and ABB Group, translating business needs into effective SAP solutions.
Designing, optimizing, and supporting Sales experience in industries similar to ABB is considered a plus.
You are familiar with query design and have basic ABAP debugging skills to support issue investigation and solution validation; experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations is an advantage.
You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
You are comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing business needs, and travelling occasionally to ABB locations.
You are at ease communicating in Italian and English language, both written and spoken.
