In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by: Collaborating with clients on industry standards and leading practices in the core HCM domain, contributing to functional solutions that meet client needs and applying Workday and Accenture methodologies Hosting workshops and leading discussions on topics aligned to your expertise in Workday Core HCM Collaborating in diverse teams, liaising closely with clients, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed expectations Actively supporting innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets We are looking for experience in the following skills: Prior experience implementing Workday HCM or relevant on-premise or cloud platforms Ability to meet client travel requirements and efficiently manage teams and interactions Thriving in dynamic environments with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent Fluency in English Artificial Intelligence and the future of Workday delivery: Use Accenture's GenAI-enabled accelerators for smarter work across configuration, testing, and documentation Work with Workday's built-in AI and machine-learning features supporting HCM processes Bring AI-driven ideas to project teams and clients Grow your skills within a practice heavily investing in AI Set yourself apart: Strong HR background with Workday platform experience as consultant or client Experience with Workday Data Migration tools and Security framework Up-to-date Workday HCM certification Other Workday certifications (Compensation, Security, Recruiting, Talent
