Qualifications for the role: 5–7 years of experience in Collaboration, Unified Communications, or Microsoft 365 roles within complex enterprise environments.
Deep technical expertise in Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and M365 governance and configuration.
Hands-on experience with telephony and conferencing technologies such as Teams Phone and fixed/mobile telephony integrations.
Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills, coordinating across teams, business units, and external providers.
Experience in large global organizations with distributed teams, standardized platforms, and enterprise governance.
