You will work in the Commercial law team at our Rome office.
Your Role and Responsibilities You will be involved, with a growing degree of autonomy, in the following activities: drafting and reviewing company contracts; preparation and revision of statutes, corporate regulations and establishment of Italian law companies and joint ventures; preparation of memoranda and notes on civil, corporate and commercial law.
Our Requirements You fit the profile we are looking for if you are a trainee with at least one year of legal practice experience in corporate contracts and have fluent English.
