YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Design, develop, and maintain BI-based dashboards and reports for the Sales department to support performance monitoring and decision-making Integrate data from various internal and external sources into a consistent and reliable reporting environment Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across reports, dashboards, and underlying data structures Maintain and continuously improve the reporting structure, including KPI logic, visualization standards, and reporting efficiency Develop new reports and analyses in close alignment with the Manager Business Analysis and collaborate with relevant stakeholders across departments YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or similar Previous experience in BI reporting, business analysis or data analytics, ideally in a commercial or cross-functional business environment Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence, reporting concepts, and data modelling; proficiency in visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) Good understanding of SQL and structured data analysis, with solid understanding of KPI frameworks and reporting methodologies for commercial functions Experience with integrating and consolidating data from multiple systems and stakeholders Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with the ability to structure complex topics into clear reporting solutions Accuracy and reliability, with strong attention to detail and data quality Fluent in English, German and/or Italian is an advantage OUR COMMITMENT Innovative work environment in a young, dynamic team High-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobility Opportunities for advancement in a growing company A wide range of further training opportunities Total compensation:
