Responsibilities and Job Description * Manage marketing projects across internal teams and external stakeholders (KOL, ecc...) * Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables * Promote and inspire marketing activities,



campaigns and congresses attendance * Analyze market trends and competitors * Develop and implement brand communication * Manage and enhance the company brand * Analyze data to measure campaign effectiveness and guide strategic decisions * Track performance and ensure field force continuous training and support Requirements & Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent * 3+ years of experience in Marketing preferably in Ophthalmic Companies * Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills * Excellent organizational and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple projects * English speaking Workplace: in office (San Benedetto del Tronto), remote and on the field (hybrid activity).
