Key Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in IT support or related roles
- Proficiency in Office 365 management and support
- Basic to intermediate network troubleshooting, including firewalls and network configurations
- Ability to upgrade workstations, perform Windows 11 migrations, and add hardware components confidently
- Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to connect and communicate effectively
- Willingness to work on-site with clients 2-3 days weekly; in office on other days
- MSP experience a premio but not essential
- Driven, self-motivated, and eager to grow professionally

Main Responsibilities:





- Serve as the primary technician resolving desktop issues, network troubleshooting, and supporting Office 365 administration
- Perform routine upgrades, hardware updates, and basic server tasks
- Collaborate closely with team members and clients to identify needs and deliver solutions
- Maintain proactive communication to ensure systems are optimized and secure
- Assist in implementing automation and cyber protection initiatives
- Represent the company professionally during on-site visits and virtual support
- Keep abreast of evolving technology trends and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
