Senior Consultant – Business Resilience & Digital Risk - Rome Specialista Senior / Project Manager In this role you will support the Business Resilience & Digital Risk practice in Rome, helping clients strengthen cyber security, business continuity, and digital risk management. You will shape strategies, roadmaps, and risk frameworks, and work with data-driven tools to monitor and manage risks. The role offers exposure to innovative solutions and collaboration with cross-functional teams, with a focus on meaningful impact for industrial and financial clients. Join a global leader to advance risk management capabilities and digital resilience. * training programs * insurance coverages * supplementary pension plan * Define strategies, roadmaps, and benchmarks for Cyber Security and Business Resilience aligned with standards (NIS2, DORA, ISO *****, ISO *****). * Conduct Risk Assessment and Risk Quantification using data tools (Power Query) and automated reporting (Power BI). * Assess and implement Business Continuity Management systems and drive continuous improvement.



* Perform Business Impact Analyses and develop continuity plans. * Create risk indicators and dashboards (KRI, KCI, KPI) for ongoing monitoring. * Develop tools to support Top Management decisions (AI, Power Automate, Python). * Analyze megatrends to anticipate future impacts and shape scenarios. * Develop Crisis Management solutions and support regulatory adoption (DORA, NIS2, CER). * Manage AI-related risk and collaborate with other practices for integrated client solutions. * Lead delivery and evolve the value proposition for the practice. * Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, or Mathematics * Proven experience in Risk Management * Excellent command of Microsoft 365 * Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken) * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Teamwork and coaching mindset * Good commercial and business development skills * Certifications (CISSP, CISM, CBCM, CISA, ISO*****, ISO*****) are a plus #J-*****-Ljbffr
