Questa posizione risponde a: Engineering Manager 2 Your role and responsibilities Plan and ensure execution of Local Business Line projects for ST/ GTs Turbine Control.
Complete assignments on multiple Turbine Control System projects of moderate size or portions of major projects, cost-effectively and in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, and safety.
Coordinate engineering discipline across several Turbine projects and provide technical support for testing, installation, and commissioning activities.
Design and conduct experiments, analyze and interpret data,



and prepare complete project documents in one's area of responsibility.
Improve effectiveness of work plans in collaboration with other functions.
Collaborate with the Supply Chain function to ensure technical requirements for equipment or services are communicated and agreed with potential suppliers.
Evaluate supplier proposals technically and accept supplied equipment or services as fit for purpose.
Develop, select, and apply standard techniques, procedures, and tools, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and contractual requirements.
Assist in preparing proposals/presentations of engineering projects/programs.
Create work plans and cost estimates, review and approve scope, budget, schedule ensuring quality deliveries on time and within targeted cost.
Qualifications for the role Technical diploma or degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering with a minimum of 3 years experience in Steam/Gas Turbine control applications or Industrial Automation.
Technical experience with Automation and Electrical products in Oil experience with Turbine OEM projects is a plus.
Strong background in Automation, including DCS, Instrumentation knowledge of ABB Control Systems is advantageous.
General understanding of network engineering and IT/IS, including PC handling and cybersecurity.




Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite and engineering software such as CAD/AUTOCAD, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe.
Customer-focused mentality to foster strong internal and external relationships.
Availability for commissioning activities in Italy and abroad; fluent in English and Italian.
