For our manufacturing site in Badia Polesine (RO), we are looking for a: Key Responsibilities * Ensure achievement of safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency targets and KPIs. * Act as the designated safety supervisor in compliance with Italian Health & Safety regulations. * Lead, organize, and supervise production activities, ensuring the availability of personnel, materials, equipment, and tools. * Manage and develop the production team through effective communication, training, performance management, and employee engagement. * Ensure compliance with work orders and product specifications. * Promote a culture of continuous improvement and actively support related initiatives. * Identify and report equipment issues, process improvements, and resource needs. * Collaborate closely with the Manufacturing Manager and cross?functional teams to ensure operational excellence.
