Overview In this role you own the TENA brand strategy for Italy and Switzerland, driving growth and market share within a global framework. You lead annual planning, budget allocation, and cross?functional execution to deliver sales targets. You will manage campaigns, product innovations, pricing, and portfolio decisions, translating consumer insights into actionable initiatives. You work closely with global teams and internal stakeholders to optimize media and digital activation and ensure end?to?end lifecycle management.
