Experteer Overview In this role you will serve as the technical expert for process chemistry, design, and manufacturing technologies to support safe, reliable operations. You'll lead scale-up, tech transfers, and new product introductions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and efficiency. You will drive continuous improvement, support capital projects from concept to start-up, and champion process safety and risk management. Retribuzione / Benefits * Act as technical lead for process chemistry, design bases, and control systems to enable safe and efficient operations * Lead or support new product introductions, technology transfers, and scale-up activities into manufacturing * Provide technical leadership for complex manufacturing issues, root-cause investigations, and systemic problems affecting safety, quality, yield, or productivity * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost process performance, reduce costs, and improve reliability * Lead or support Lean Six Sigma projects with business cases, charters,



and economic evaluations * Support capital projects from concept through start-up with process designs, PFDs/P&IDs;, process simulations, and safety reviews * Collaborate with project teams, operations, R&D;, and business units to standardize manufacturing technologies and best practices * Participate in Process Safety Management activities, including PSI and PHA, as well as MOC, PSSR, and HAZOP studies * Provide training and coaching to operations and engineering teams to optimize equipment performance and process capability * Act as a technical liaison across functions to support strategic objectives and future technology development Responsabilità * Engineering degree, 5+ years in a hazardous manufacturing environment * Working knowledge of country Health and Safety legislation * Experience with Computer Maintenance Management Systems * Continuous Improvement and Change Management skills * Project Management skills * Strong communication skills and assertiveness * Italian and English proficiency Requisiti fondamentali * salary range 41,********,229 Euros gross annual * Premio 5% * Work-life balance * Career opportunities in international business * Ongoing training and development #J-*****-Ljbffr
