YOUR MISSION We are currently recruiting a Didactic Operations Intern to join our team, with the following tasks: HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? Didactic operations * Classroom assistance and operational support to students and teachers * Organize and manage the archiving of didactic files and documents (exercises, briefs, projects, etc.) * Maintain and update records, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all information * Support in the organization of the lessons * Classroom set-up, IT support to students and teachers * Reception of lecturers and guests * Act as a primary point of contact for IT-related issues,



liaising effectively with the central IT department * Consumable material storage and management * Support the management and animation of the Alumni community * Management of the dedicated email box * Update of the Alumni databaseAssist to the placement of the Alumni in the Maisons * Support the students recruiting process * Contact with the schools and the applicants HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? * Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English * Organizational skills, precision, autonomy, proactivity, flexibility * Excellent knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook Express * Preferable knowledge of Adobe package, 2D and 3D programs * Excellent communication skills in a multicultural context, even with senior leaders WHAT WE OFFER * 6 months internship * 8 euros Satispay meal vouchers for each day #J-*****-Ljbffr
