As a Commis Chef, you'll prepare high-quality dishes, manage guest orders, maintain stations, and deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests while upholding Hilton's hospitality values.Responsibilities
Prepare menu items according to designated recipes and quality standards.
Manage guest orders efficiently while ensuring a positive dining experience.
Execute complex recipes, maintain knowledge of menu offerings, oversee stations, and conduct quality control and inventory checks.
Inspect and finalize plates to meet quality and presentation standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following proper food handling, storage, and safety protocols.
Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items as needed.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
