Education: Master's Degree in Aeronautical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
Seniority: Junior Technical knowledge and skills: Experience, or at least knowledge, in aircraft, electronic, and mechanical systems, knowledge of civil regulations (e.g., CS 25) and military regulations (DEF STAN *****, EMAR 21, EMACC); Knowledge of the constituent elements of planning, the "top-down" breakdown of requirements, the "bottom-up" recomposition; Of demonstration methodologies and types of compliance evidence.
Behavioral competencies: Proactive person, with the ability to interface with other company figures and potentially foreign clients; Debugging and problem-solving skills; Ability to work in multi-national teams.
