-- Adecco Italia Spa, a leading international company in the food retail sector, is looking for: Vice Store Manager motivated and dynamic, capable of coordinating operational activities during the shift, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and organization.
The successful candidate will be a point of reference for the team and will actively contribute to achieving the sales targets of the store, ensuring an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced and stimulating environment.
Main responsibilities: Responsible for opening or closing shifts of the Store Coordinate and manage goods entry (loading, unloading, and related documentation - delivery note) Manage the team in support of the Store Manager and daily priorities Ensure the correct execution of dining room and/or counter activities Ensure high standards of quality, cleanliness, and food safety Monitor customer service, intervening when necessary Support the management of orders, stock, and restocking, back office,
