Role OverviewThe Private Equity Intern will be actively involved in all phases of the investment process.
Due to our lean organization, the Private Equity Intern will have the chance to work directly with Investment Analysts, Associates, Vice-Presidents and Directors.
Responsibilitiesinvestment research / screening
competitive / market analysis
financial analysis, modelling and valuation
drafting of memorandum for internal and external use




assistance in transaction execution
Qualifications and Requirementsstrong analytical and quantitative skills
