The RoleThe selected candidate will join the Marketing team of the Makeup cluster, which includes the brands MAC Cosmetics, Bobbi Brown, and Smashbox.
Within the team, supporting the Product Marketing Manager, the candidate will be responsible for the following activities:Key Performance AreasSupport the Product Marketing team in planning and implementing marketing strategies for MAC, Bobbi Brown, and Smashbox in the Italian marketSupport the management of product launches, ensuring compliance with timelines and the marketing calendarConduct market, competitor, and category trend analyses, preparing reports and presentations to support business decisionsMonitor sales performance (sell-in, sell-out, and category KPIs) and stock levels at points of saleSupport in the definition and update of price lists, as well as the production of materials for the sales force (product master data, bulletins, commission copies, launch presentations) and in-store visibility materials (launch displays),



liaising with external suppliersCollaborate with the Consumer Marketing, Commercial, DCM, and Trade Marketing teams to ensure effective execution of activitiesUpdate and maintain marketing documentation, launch calendars, and departmental reportingEnter promotional orders, testers, and complimentary product write-offsSupport the department's administrative activities, including purchase order managementDevelop local kits and the related product codesRequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, or related fieldsExcellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and the Microsoft Office suiteStrong analytical skills and good knowledge of CanvaStrong problem-solving skills, flexibility, organizational abilities, and attention to detailInterest in the beauty industry and its trendsPositive attitude and strong team spiritExcellent written and spoken English#J-*****-Ljbffr
