/p pWe are looking for three talented Product Development Production Specialists to join our team in Milan.
This role will be dedicated to one of the Group's collections (Roberto Cavalli, Just Cavalli or Outlet) and will be responsible for coordinating the product development and production process from collection handover through final delivery, ensuring quality, timing and cost objectives are achieved.
/p pWorking closely with Design, Purchasing, Production, Quality and external suppliers, you will play a key role in bringing each collection to life while ensuring operational excellence throughout the product lifecycle.
/p pbWhat you'll do: /b /p ul lipCoordinate the development and production process for one of the assigned collections from initial briefing through bulk production.
/p /li lipManage the critical path, ensuring all development milestones and production deadlines are achieved.
/p /li lipLiaise daily with suppliers, manufacturers and external partners to monitor production progress and resolve operational issues.
/p /li lipCoordinate prototype development, sample reviews, fittings and product approvals in collaboration with Design and Product Development teams.
/p /li lipMonitor production planning, ensuring alignment between collection calendars and supplier capacity.
/p /li lipCollaborate with Purchasing,



Quality Control and Compliance teams to guarantee product quality, technical compliance and on-time delivery.
/p /li lipIdentify potential production risks and proactively implement corrective actions to minimize delays.
/p /li lipMaintain accurate product information and production documentation within company systems.
/p /li lipContribute to the continuous improvement of product development and production processes.
/p /li /ul pbWhat we're looking for: /b /p ul lip3+ years of experience in Product Development, Production or Product Management within the fashion or luxury industry.
/p /li lipPrevious experience in the fashion/luxury industry is mandatory.
/p /li lipStrong knowledge of apparel product development and manufacturing processes.
/p /li lipExcellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple product launches simultaneously.
/p /li lipStrong problem-solving mindset and ability to work under tight deadlines.
/p /li lipExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
/p /li lipHigh attention to detail and strong sense of ownership.
/p /li lipFluency in both Italian and English is mandatory.
