Data Engineer – Team Process Optimization (m/f/d)Our Process Optimization team is looking for a Data Engineer (m/w/d) to help us turn operational data into actionable insight and drive continuous improvement across the business.What awaits you :Analyze business processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and translate process-improvement questions into data solutions, working closely with process owners and business stakeholderDesign, development, and optimization of scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and semantic data models using Python, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Fabric, ensuring high-quality, governed data that supports analytics, reporting, and process optimization.Develop interactive Microsoft Power BI dashboards and analytical reports that deliver actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.Document technical solutions, promote data engineering best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement through automation and process standardization initiativesWhat you bring along:Experience in Data Engineering or a similar roleProven experience designing and implementing ETL/ELT processesProgramming skills in PythonSQL knowledge and experience with relational databasesHands-on experience with Microsoft Azure data servicesExperience developing dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BISolid understanding of data modeling, dimensional modeling, and data warehousing conceptsExperience integrating data from APIs, databases, ERP systems,
